Install the Plugin

收不到電子郵件

收不到電子郵件是一個常見的問題，通常可能是由設定問題、空間不足或郵件伺服器誤判所引起的。請參考以下步驟進行排查：

1. 檢查基本設定

確認郵件地址是否正確：請寄件人再次確認您的 Email 地址是否有拼寫錯誤（例如少了一個字母或 .com 拼成 .con）。

檢查「網頁版」信箱：如果您平時習慣使用手機 App（如 Apple 郵件、Outlook、Gmail App）收信，請直接登入該信箱的 網頁版（例如用瀏覽器登入 Gmail.com 或 Outlook.com）。如果網頁版收得到信，代表是您手機 App 的設定或同步問題。

2. 查看其他資料夾

請寄件人確認是否收到系統發送的「退信通知」（Bounce Message）。如果寄件人收到退信，退信通知上通常會寫明收不到的原因（例如信箱不存在、伺服器拒收等）。
